Insurance & Payments
At this time, we do not offer direct billing. After your treatment, you will receive a detailed receipt that you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
To respect both our therapists’ time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
